24h internet café / WIFI
The internet café is open round the clock and an Internet Manager is available at certain times to answer your questions. Passengers can connect via satellite and surf the internet or send and receive e-mails with services such as yahoo, aol, gmx etc. Files can be accessed for viewing purposes but cannot be edited or saved.
The costs are about 0,75 $ per minute, but you can also book packages.
You can choose between the following packages (subject to availablilty):
- Social Internet: ca 5 USD/day Access to popular social media websites and apps such as Facebook, What´s App and Instagram (no access to the entire internet)
- Value Internet: ca 16 USD/day, Access to the entire internet. This is ideal if you want to check your mails and read the latest news. Broadband services such as Skype or music streaming are not included.
- Premium Internetpaket: ca 25 USD/day, Access to the entire internet with a higher connection speed. Skype is available.
These packages are available on board the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Conquest, Ecstasy, Elation, Fantasy, Fascination, Freedom, Glory, Imagination, Inspiration, Magic, Paradise, Pride, Sensation, Splendor, Sunshine, Triumph, Valor, Victory.
On board the other ships, the following packages are offered:
- 480 minutes for 159 USD
- 240 minutes for 89 USD
- 120 minutes for 59 USD
- 45 minutes for 29 USD
Passengers may also use their WiFi-equipped personal laptop in public spaces and in the staterooms. WiFi cards can be borrowed at the internet café. The charges are the same as mentioned above.
