Cycling through the air – Carnival Vista presents new outdoor sensation – New ship will debut in Europe in 2016
Carnival Cruise Line (www.carnivalcruiseline.de) will celebrate the arrival of its 25th fleet member in Mai 2016 with the introduction of several extraordinary features on board.
A completely new attraction at sea will be the SkyRide, a cycling course 45 meters above the sea where passengers can enjoy breathtaking views while cycling their way along the 244 meter track with hanging recumbent-like bikes
Another novelty aboard a Carnival ship will be the 139 meter rafting course which invites passengers to take an adventurous ride on inflatable one or two-person rafts.
Inside, the first IMAX at sea will present 3D movies in cooperation with the Canadian entertainment company.
Of course, many new restaurants and bars will be added as well. For example, there will be more options to dine outside. The new Seafood Shack will be a paradise for seafood-lovers and at the Red Frog Pub passengers will be able to watch the beer being brewed.
Comparable with American politics, Cuba looms large on board. The Havana Bar will offer delicious drinks during the day and transform into a party location with Latin-American music during the evening. There’ll be even a Havana Pool with thatched patio huts and colorful umbrellas.
This Caribbean style can be found in some of the cabins as well. The Havana Cabanas will have private patios with lounge chairs. For families, there will be special family cabins for up to five passengers on deck 2 and a lounge area for parents and children with large-screen TVs, games and complimentary snacks.
The Carnival Vista will accommodate up to 3.936 passengers. The first cruise will be a 13 night Mediterranean voyage from Trieste from May 1st, 2016. After having spent the summer in Southern Europe, the ship will set sail for New York on October 21st. From November 3rd, the Carnival Vista will offer cruises from the Big Apple.
The Mediterranean cruises in summer 2016 can already be booked here. The New York departures will be available from February.
